Have you ever wondered who is responsible for the colorful triangle garden at East Point Douglas Road and Hyde Avenue? How about the entry gardens at Cottage Grove and St. Paul Park City Halls? These public gardens are maintained by members of the Pineridge Garden Club as a service to the community.
Each week from June through September volunteers are assigned to water, weed and deadhead plants as needed. Special work days are scheduled in spring and fall to clean, mulch and plant the gardens. These tasks are coordinated by a Committee that is also responsible for the overall design of the gardens. If you would like to learn more about our club and upcoming activities, please visit our website at www.pineridgegardenclub.org or check out our Facebook Page at Pineridge Garden Club in Cottage Grove.
